Muchas gracias. Mira os dejo aqui un ejemplo de invitacion que he encontrado. Seguro que alguien lo utiliza:

con respecto al hospedaje en residencia particular. Tenéis que indicar a la persona que os va a alojar que tiene que “reconhecer sua firma no cartório”. Cualquiera que viva en Brasil sabe de qué se trata. Es un trámite sencillo. El comprobante de residencia que tendrá que acompañar a la carta puede ser cualquier factura de comunidad, luz, teléfono, gas o carta del banco en la que aparezca su domicilio. Os dejamos a continuación un modelo de lo que podría ser la carta-invitación:

Prezados Senhores

Eu (nome do anfitrião, estado civil, profissão, nacionalidade), portador da carteira de identidade (número da carteira de identidade), residente à Rua (endereço completo), convido (nome do convidado, nacionalidade, profissão), portador do passaporte (número do passaporte), residente na Rua (endereço completo), a visitar-me no período de (início do período) a (fim do período).

2. Esclareço que, durante sua permanência no Brasil o(a) Senhor(a) (nome do convidado) ficará hospedado(a) em minha residência no endereço: endereço completo.
