Reconocimiento matrimonio español en Brasil

Hola a todos,

Soy Felo y llegué a brasil con mi mujer hace unos pocos meses. Queremos hacernos un plan de salud y me dicen que puedo poner a mi mujer como dependiente si tenemos un certificado de matrimonio reconocido en Brasil. Ambos somos españoles y nos casamos en España. Tenemos nuestro certificado de matrimonio legalizado en España y en el Consulado de Brasil de Madrid, pero no sé si eso es suficiente o tenemos que hacer otro trámite más. He intentado buscar información, pero sólo he encontrado el reconocimiento si uno de los dos es brasileño y se ha casado en el extranjero.

Si sois españoles, os habéis casado en España y habéis legalizado vuestro certificado de matrimonio en el consulado do Brasil os habrán dado un documento de la legalización, cierto? . Dicho documento es el reconocimiento de vuestro matrimonio para que tenga validez en Brasil. De hecho las legalizaciones en los consulados son precisamenete para que los documentos tengan validez en Brasil.

Hola,

Lo primero es agradecerte la respuesta. Lo que hicieron en el consulado es poner varios sellos y una pegatina oficial. ¿Es a eso a lo que te refieres? Ya hemos usado el certificado en los trámites del visado y no hemos tenido ningún problema.

Efectivamente os deben haber entregado un certifcado de matrimonio con sellos y una pegatina oficial, o quizá os hayan sellado y puesto la pegatina en el mismo certificado que vosotros habéis entregado para legalizar en el consulado. Esos sellos y esa pegatina son la legalización que hace válido ese documento en Brasil.
