Hola, buenos dias, si pero como esa visa fue por un año ya se venció este año en marzo, es la prorrogacón de esa visa lo que esta en juego ahora.

Lo único que veo viable es que guardes bien todos los comprobantes y documentos de este desastre administrativo, para que en el caso de que te sancionen por estadía irregular puedas alegar defensa. De todas formas, te invito a que conserves la calma pues como comentamos anteriormente la estadía irregular no es un delito, y simplemente conlleva una sanción administrativa que al pagarla "desaparece" sin dejan antecedente alguno y sin repercusiones futura en vista al pedido de un nuevo visado. Sólo te quedan 4 meses asíque.... disfruta de tu estancia!

Nos gustaría seguir recibiendo noticias tuyas de este caso para poder ayudar a más gente en el futuro, y nos quedamos a disposición para seguir conversando de este o cualquier otro asunto que te apetezca.
