Hola a todos. Hace tiempo estvuve informándome sobre el plan MINHA CASA E MINHA VIDA, y encontré mucha información al respecto aunque solamente para la gente que quería acceder a ese tipo de viviendas. Tengo bastantes dudas asique la expongo brevemente.

1.- ¿Quién construye esas casas?¿son empresas privadas?
2.- Puede un particular o pequeño inversor construirlas y adhrirlas al plan?
3.- Tengo entendido que es el gobierno el que se encarga de adjudicarlas/venderlas...

Hola de nuevo kikiño.
Las casas de MINHA CASA E MINHA VIDA son construidas por constructoras y promotoras privadas.
Para construirlas y aderirlas al plan tienes que tener el terreno con toda la documentacion ok y la construccion legalizada por un arquitecto.
Por lo que yo se,la tramitacion de los documentos se realiza en el Banco La caixa economica federal que es el Banco del govierno y el que facilita los prestamos para los futuros compradores.
Lo mejor es que entres en contacto con LA CAIXA ECONOMICA FEDERAL.

Gracias por el consejo Ruben iglesias! Asi lo haré en cuanto llegue a Brasil! Mientras intentaré recopilar toda la información que pueda en este gran foro, para ir algo enterado sobre el tema. Me surge otra duda, a ver si alguien me la puede resolver. Quería saber si construyo unas casitas a nivel particular, (no como empresa constructora) podrías adherirlas a ese plan. Saludos amigos!
