Buenos días amigos, mi inquietud es la siguiente y espero alguien pueda ayudarme al respecto.
Prontamente debido a la situación político - económico que vive el país donde resido, pretendo emigrar a Brasil, al no tener visa para ingresar al país, pues poseo pasaporte cubano, que opciones regulares tengo para pasar por la frontera y poder solicitar el asilo o refugio?... que puedo alegar en el paso fronterizo?.
agradecería mucho su ayuda.

Hola Darian. Yo te recomiendo que pases allí a la policía federal y pidas el protocolo de refugio para ti. En cualquier sede de la policía federal se puede solicitar. Suerte. Escribe cómo te fue.

Espero alguien pueda ayudame a conocer si yo cubano desde un aereopuerto haciendo escala puedo solicitar el refugio en Brasil y que debo hacer una vez estando alli.Gracias
