Hola José,

He estado investigando un poco sobre el CPF y me he encontrado con que la inscripción crea una obligación accesorias al extranjero que deberá presentar Declaración Anual de Exentos.

Por lo que mi pregunta es ¿la declaración anual de exentos se debe presentar aún cuando el extranjero no se encuentra en brasil y no percibe ningún ingreso?
