Hola un saludo cordial a todos

quiero ir a vivir a Brasil a una ciudad de buen clima todo el año , para mi el buen clima es que sea VERANO , me pregunto si Bahia reúne esa condición de temperatura agradable todo el año y además ya que estoy en este foro recabar datos sobre los buenos sitios para vivir en la ciudad , por seguridad , conectividad , entretenimiento , modernidad y cercanía al mar con buenas playas ( sin tiburones )
? pido demasiado ?
les cuento que necesito un clima de verano porque el invierno me afecta la salud , me causa mucha tos y me resulta muy molesto eso

? me comprendéis ?

el tema impuestos en Brasil como es ?
donde puedo conseguir información al respecto ?
si compro un apartamento y un auto ? tengo que pagar impuesto al patrimonio ?
si alquilas el apartamento ? hay impuesto a la renta ?
cuales son todos los impuestos ?

es un tema muy importante para tener todo en regla

No has pensado en vivir en Bali,Republica Dominicana u otro sito que es más barato que Brasil?.Brasil es el país más caro de LatinoAmerica.Bahía es como España de grande,la costa es cálida,te aconsejo recorrer un poco el estado para ver donde te instalas.En Salvador puedes tener algo bueno cerca de la playa por 1500 reales más gastos de luz,etc...No compres casa hasta estar seguro de querer quedarte.El contraste es grande.Los brasileños que viven en Europa tienen problemas de adaptación al volver a vivir en su país.
Sergipe es más barato y muy bonito,cuanto más al norte más barato y más cálido,asquerosaménte húmedo.
CONSEJO:Después del verano plantéate un viaje de 2 meses por el país e infórmate de lo que te piden para que te den la residencia.Si es por renta te piden un pastón,absurdo por el nivel de vida de allí.Habla con exranjeros para que te cuenten su experiencia,dueños de posada hay muchos.Cuidado con las mujeres y más cuidado con los hombres,eres gringo y eso es sinónimo de mucho dinero

Todo el norte de brasil en la costa es un lugar muy lindo para vivir si te gusta el calor por supuesto...
