Validar títulos formación profesional superior en Brasil

Hola,

Llevo trabajando más de un año en Brasil y me urge convalidar mis estudios de formación profesional superior ya que necesito sacar el CREA en la empresa en la que estoy trabajando y estoy pensado en un futuro hacer ingenieria civil.

Los títulos que estoy queriendo validar son:

- Ciclo Superior Instalaciones Electrotécnicas.
- Ciclo Superior Sistemas de regulación y control automáticos.
- Ciclo Superior Desarrollo de proyectos de instalaciones térmicas y fluidos.

Fui personalmente a la Secretaría de Educación del Estado de Pernambuco (con los certificados de estudios y la traducción jurada de los mismos) y me dijeron que al ser considerados estudios de nivel superior ellos no podían convalidarlos....

Alguien me puede dar alguna información a donde recurrir o cual es el curso en Brasil similar a mis cursos realizados en España?
