Saludos,
En algunos países se agrega un saldo precargado en moneda local aparte del salario base a los trabajadores,esta tarjeta la recarga automaticamente la empresa y se utiliza a final de mes.¿existe en brasil un sistema similar? Una tarjeta para alimentacion cuyo valor sea aparte del salario minimo.

En algunos casos las empresas ( no todas) te dan una especie de tarjeta o en su defecto un voucher con el cual podes comprar en el supermercado.Es a voluntad del empleador no es obligatorio

Las empresas brasileñas no están obligadas a pagar el "vale alimentação o vale refeição" a no ser que esté reflejado en el contrato laboral o previsto en el convenio colectivo. En el caso de que tengas derecho al vale, este no excederá nunca el 20% del valor del salario que tienes estipulado en tu contrato.

Para darte una idea, conozco gente que cobra 1500 reales y de "vale alimentación" le pagan sobre 300 reales.

La forma de pago es una tarjeta de recarga que puedes usar en los supermercados para realizar tu compra. (excepto bebidas alcohólicas)
