Hola, buena tarde.

Actualmente me encuentro en Brasil con mi esposo (Unión libre hace 10 años, no casados), somos Colombianos.
Él trabaja con una empresa multinacional hace aproximadamente 9 meses y ellos tramitaron su permiso de trabajo.
Llevo mes y medio en Brasil y quiero realizar el trámite de permiso de trabajo para poder buscar empleo. Qué debo hacer teniendo en cuenta que dentro de mes y medio se me vence el plazo para estar como turista en Brasil?

Te informamos que ni tu marido ni tú necesitáis permiso de trabajo para vivir y trabajar en Brasil. Colombia pertenece al Mercosur, y por ello podéis disfrutar de los beneficios de residencia para ciudadanos del Mercosur.

Debes acudir cuanto antes a la Policía Federal brasileña y solicitar la residencia TEMPORAL Mercosur, con la que podrás quedarte a vivir en Brasil y obtener rápidamente todos tus documentos para hacer vida normal.

Tu marido tiene un visado de trabajo? Se lo hizo la empresa? Tuvo que acudir al Consulado de Brasil en Colombia?
