Plazos para obtener el visado de trabajo VITEM V

Hola a todos, mi pregunta es acerca de los plazos, lo que tarda en poder retirarse Visado en España desde que la empresa entrega en Brasil solicitud ante Ministerio de Trabajo de Brasil.

Hola!

Los plazos para recoger la visa de trabajo para Brasil en el consulado do Brasil en el exterior pueden variar según el caso y la documentación a analizar. Si el proceso se ejecuta sin problemas y todos los documentos están en regla puede demorar unos 30 o 40 días.

Muchas gracias por tan pronta respuesta. Esta semana que viene tengo que entregar toda mi documentación para que mi empresa, empresa brasileña filial de un grupo muy importante español, comience en Brasil Trámite ante Ministerio de Trabajo de Brasil para mi VITEM V. Me preocupa mucho los plazos pero me tranquiliza oir hablar de 30 40 días. Muchas gracias, espero poder compartir datso sobre mi proceso para ayuda de otros amigos en brasil. La visa me la va a tramitar la empresa a través de una empresa especializada en estos procesos allí me imagino que eso también agilizará los trámites. Muchas Gracias

Efectivamente, el visado de trabajo es conveniente realizarlo a través de una empresa especializada.

He vuelto de Brasil este jueves pasado, he estado haciendo visita a la delegación a la que me incorporo ahora estoy en España, y volveré en unos días para otra visita mientras se va tramitando mi Vitem.

Recuerda que el visado tendrás que recogerlo en un consulado fuera de Brasil. Este consulado se elige a la hora de tramitar la visa de trabajo y no tiene porque ser precisamente en España. Podría ser el consulado do Brasil de cualquier otro país más cercano a Brasil.

Muchas gracias,lo recogeré en Madrid y de paso vengo a rendir cuentas a la central de la compañía y lo que es más importante a rendir cuentas ante la jefa y ver a los peques. Que hasta que organice allí todo no llevaré a la familia.
