Buenos dias, mi pareja es española y yo soy brasileño.. A ella se le acabo la estancia hace un mes aqui, pero hemos decidido quedarnos ya que la situacion esta mucho mejor en Brasil que en España.
Queria saber como puedo hacer para que ella de entrada a la permanencia y para legalizar su situacion que opciones hay aqui ya que tenemos pensado casarnos pero hay que esperar a los papeles de ella.

Hola!

Si tu novia es española y se ha quedado irregular, debéis esperar a que le lleguen los documentos necesarios para casarse y asi poder pedir la residencia.

La prorroga de estancia para turismo no es concedida a los españoles y menos en estadía irregular.
