Hola a todos! Mi duda es la siguiente, si entré en brasil el día 31/10/14 y salí el día 19/02/2015 , cuando podría volver a entrar como turista?? (pagué multa antes de salir)

Si has permanecido irregular en Brasil y te han sancionado por ello, para volver a entrar en calidad de turista deberás permanencer fuera de Brasil durante 6 meses desde tu fecha de salida.

Si hubieses salido antes del vencer el plazo de los 90 días, podrías volver 90 días después de tu salida de Brasil, ya que lo que estipula la ley son 90 días por semestre. El semestre comienza a contar desde la fecha de entrada a Brasil.

¿Preguntaste a la Policía Federal cuando podías volver a entrar?

Si pregunté, ellos dijeron 3 meses, pero ojeando el foro veo que son 6..... y conociendo la burocracia brasileira...
La empresa me está tramitando el visto de trabajo, pero yo tengo pareja de hecho brasileira desde hace tiempo firmada en brasil, entonces voy a tramitar desde el consulado en madrid este visto... a ver cual sale primero ....

La verdad es que hay un lio tremendo con esa historia, y cada funcionario dice una cosa.... ya hemos visto de todo, hasta gente que dijeron 3 meses al salir y luego al volver resulta que eran seis. Lo mejor si has estado irregular es esperar 6 meses antes de volver para no tener problemas.
