Mirando por internet en páginas de compraventa de inmuebles y terrenos, he visto que se venden "chácaras" que parecen ser unos terrenos grandes por precios muy bajos.......¿alguien me puede explicar que son las "chácaras" exactamente y porque se venden a tan bajo precio? Saludos.

para una chacara en la ciudad en que esta,la veo muy barata. puede que sea un sitio no muy bueno o timo de alguna inmobiliaria. cuando tu llamas te dicen que ya ha sido vendida pero que hay uno otro y bla bla bla.
yo estoy vendendo una casa con terreno bien grande en Campo Grande-ms,de esquina,con escritura y todo por 15 mil reales. Campo Grande es la capital de m.s,una ciudad preciosa. pero esta en el barrio Dom Antonio Barbosa,es una favela muy peligrosa y por eso lo vendo tan barato. estoy para cerrar negocio con un señor que tiene familiares alli y conoce bien esa favela. me han llamado españoles y vecinos sudamericanos por el precio tan atractivo pero jamas la venderia a quien no conoce el sitio porque lo que he pasado alli no deseo a nadie. asi que ojito al comprar casas y terrenos.

Cuidado con las compras de terrenos en Brasil,que la mayoria son invadidos y no tienen documentacion y muchos corretores venden fincas !!!asta debajo del mar !!!! y cuidado si comprais una chacara o un sitio que normalmente es para pasar los fines de semana y cuando llegas a ella ya tienes una familia que te la ha invadido y cuidado para desalojarla,ya tienes conflicto.
Y mas, auque no tengais mucho dinero casi todos los Brasilenhos piensan que el Gringo esta cheio de GRANA.
