Prezados,

Estamos a procura de uma pousada pronta para ser alugada durante um periodo de 3 meses (a partir de novembro ou desembro) com a opçao de extender em funçao dos beneficios obtidos. Nossa preferença está sendo Buzios, mais também podemos valorar outras opçoes em pontos turísticos.

Gostariamos recever informaçao dos tipos de pousadas disponiveis assim como os tramites legais que precissamos para gerenciar a pousada durante esse periodo de tempo.

Nossa ideia de inversao e a mínima posible, podendo ser incrementado o valor do aluguel em funçao dos nossos benefiços.
