Hola.Son 250€/m2 - con el transporte y montaje incluido.Es muy buen precio! posiblemente que para Brasil es mucho.Si hay alguien interesado me gustaría hablar muy en serio este tema....

si, claro! me gustaría mucho exportar en Brasil.

hay que tener en cuenta que nuestras casas son de 40 o 70 mm, vienen aisladas, madera tratada, pintada;con toda la carpintería, ventanas dobles - climalit.
Montaje y transporte incluido.

si la queréis montar allí vosotros, el precio bajaría

Los precios para importar a Brasil son desorbitados, hasta un 60% de impuestos.
Por eso te lo pregunto.. pensé que tu negocio iba destinado a los que estábamos en Brasil, pero veo que no es así. Aquí es inviable, ya que la fabricación nacional es muchísimo más barata que tu propuesta.

Efectivamente yo también creo que no es viable importar a Brasil ese tipo de construcciones. No se si alguna empresa extranjera lo está haciendo actualmente, pero lo que si se es que aquí en Brasil hay muchas empresas nacionales de ese tipo.
