Buenos días,

le escribo porque tengo una pregunta sobre la normative juridica en negocios internacionales entre Brasil y Espana. Si una compania espanola comprar el 50% de los títulos de una compania brasilena, que normative juridical se aplicaría? Mi opinion es que se podría aplicar el Reglamento de Roma I (aunque sea de la comunidad europea) en el que las partes tienen libre elección para definir la ley o leyes de contrato, asi como la flexibilidad en cambio de las políticas cuando lo estimen convenientes.
