Buenos días.
Por favor, ¿alguien en el grupo ha vuelto a España como emigrante retornado?

En la relación de los documentos para solicitar el paro (trabajadores por cuenta ajena) habla de "DECLARACIÓN DE LAS EMPRESAS
CONSTANDO EL TIEMPO TRABAJADO, RECONOCIDA FIRMA EN “CARTORIO” Y LEGALIZADA EN EL CONSULADO GENERAL DE ESPAÑA". Me informé que esta documentación es solo para los que no trabajaron con cartilla de trabajo firmada, pero en la Consejeria de Empleo y Seguridad Social del Consulado da España en São Paulo me han dicho que es necesaria esta documentación incluso con la cartilla de trabajo firmada.

¿Alguien en el grupo ha solicitado paro para trabajadores por cuenta ajena en la Consejeria de Empleo y Seguridad Social del Consulado da España en São Paulo y puede ayudarme?

No son necesarias las declaraciones si tienes la carteira de trabalho sellada, pero las pesadas de la Consejería pueden hacerte la vida imposible. Mejor hacer exactamente todo que solicitan.

Eu mandei um e-mail hoje para a SECCIÓN DE EMPLEO Y SEGURIDAD SOCIAL do Consulado da Espanha em SP, e a pessoa responsável por esse processo me informou que só preciso da última empresa, mas como fiquei pouco tempo neste empresa vou levar das outras também. Só tenho um problema com duas empresas que não existem mais...nesse caso nem sei o que vou fazer. Tem alguma sugestão?
Essa declaração, além de ser reconhecida firma de quem assinou, precisa ser legalizada no Itamaraty.
Segundo o site do Itamaraty documentos de empresas precisão ser registrados na Junta Comercial do Estado no qual foi emitido. Sabe como faço isso?
Encaminhei um e-mail para o site da Junta Comercial, mas ainda não tive resposta.
