Debo viajar sin visa y despues tramitar mi CIE?

Soy Alberto Jose Prieto, vivo en Bogotá y tengo como proyecto ir a vivir en Florianopolis, tengo los siguientes proyectos:

1. Pretendo con mi esposa montar una cafereria, una empresa de catering o comprar un microbus y realizar paseos turisticos.
2. Pretendo despues de hacer un curso de portugues ya viviendo en brasil deseo aplicar a una beca para realizar una maestria.

He leído varios foros y tengo algunas dudas:

1. Debemos viajar sin visa solo con el pasaporte e inmediatamente tramitar la CIE o Viajar desde Colombia con la visa de mercosur y luego tramitar la CIE? cuanto tiempo dura la expedicion de la CIE para poder empezar los tramites para montar un negocio? Debemos comprar tiquetes de ida y vuelta o solo ida?.

Los Colombianos pueden entrar en Brasil como turistas y tramitar la residencia directamente en la Policía Federal, aunque bien es cierto que también pueden tramitar la visa Mercosur en el consulado do Brasil en el exterior. Si lo hacen en Brasil, todo es más rápido y menos costoso que el consulado.

RESIDENCIA TEMPORARIA PARA COLOMBIANOS EN BRASIL: Debe registrarse para ver este enlace. Gracias por su visita.

Una vez has dado entrada en la residencia temporaria directamente en la Policía Federal brasileña, ya podrás abrir tu negocio.

La cédula de identidad puede demorar unos 3 meses, pero mientras no te llega tendrás un comprobante con tu numero de CIE con el que podrás iniciar todos lo trámites para abrir tu empresa.

En cuanto a los del billetes de ida y vuelta, en breve te daremos esa información.

Hola Alberto. Los colombianos si que necesitan billete de ida y vuelta para viajar a Brasil. Aún a sí no tendrás mucho problema pues salvo raras excepciones, comprar un billete de ida para larga distancia suele costar igual o incluso más que comprar ida y vuelta.
