Mi visa se quedó en el consulado de Brasil en Colombia

Buenas tardes,

Me aprobaron la visa como estudiante, pero tuve que viajar de urgencia a Brasil y mi visa se quedó en la embajada brasilera en Colombia pues no alcanzaron a entregármela. Me ofrecen como única opción devolverme por ella para entrar como estudiante y no como turista.

¿Qué puedo hacer para obtener mi visa de otra forma? Me quedaré hasta diciembre del 2015 estudiando en una universidad federal.

Siendo de nacionalidad colombiana, puedes solicitar la residencia en la Policía Federal en base al acuerdo Mercosur. De esa forma ya serás residente en Brasil y podrás quedarte el tiempo que desees de forma legal.

Consulta en la universidad si hay algún inconveniente para estudiar como residente en vez de con el visado de estudiante que has tramitado. En principio no debería haber ningún problema.
