Hola a todos mi nombre es leandro y mi caso fue el siguiente:
En junio de 2014 fui a brasil y me quede alla hasta marzo de 2015 es decir q me pase del visto temporario como 4 meses.
Al salir de brasil (en avion) me hicieron pasar por migraciones y me pusieron una multa de 827 reales.
Perdi el papel comprobante de la multa q me dieron.
Mi duda ahora es si a partir de la nueva ley esos montos son retroactivos? En caso de serlo tendria q pagar 10000 reales y esa es una suma q no puedo afrontar
Cualquier informacion q me puedan dar sobre este asunto seria crucial para mi.

Hola buenas quiero una colaboracion para estas inquietudes.mi pareja esta en brasil desde junio del 2016 no ha legalizado su permanencia alli se ha visto e fermo y ecomomicamente no se encuentra muy bien quiere hacer su retorno a su pais Colombia pero el no tiene como pagar la multa y teme que por eso no le permitan la salida ..eso puede ocurrir o puede negociarla el boleto de avion ya esta en tramite la idea ea que pueda volver sin problemas federales ..por no pagar la multa le podrian negar su salida de Brasil ?quedo atenta y agradezco su respuesta
