Hola. Muchas Gracias por esta pagina y por el foro, me han sido de mucha ayuda. ;)

Mi duda es la siguiente hace 2 dias se vencio mi plazo de estadia aqui en Brasil. Esta en tramite mi visa por trabajo. Tengo que ir al tramite final por Bogota pero aun no tengo fecha de cita. Tengo pasaje de salida para el 26 de junio. Ya he leido en este foro que debo pagar una multa, pero aun asi puedo aun con tiempo vencido ir a policia federal y solicitar prorroga por otros 30 dias?. Y las otras dudas: cuanto tiempo tarda mas o menos el ministerio o gobierno de Brasil en darme una fecha para la cita luego de ser adjuntados los documentos por la empresa. Y al salir el 26 de junio cuanto tiempo debo esperar para poder volver a ingresar a Brasil??. Gracias nuevamente de antemano por su colaboracion.

Hola mxprat. Tenemos que informarte que los colombianos no necesitan ninguna visa de trabajo para trabajar en Brasil. Puedes solicitar la residencia Mercosur directamente en la Policía Federal , y en unos días ya tendrás tu cartera de trabajo en la mano.

Tampoco necesitas pedir ninguna prórroga porque puedes solicitar la residencia Mercour incluso estando irregular.
