La estancia de turismo puede ser igual a 90 días o tiene que ser inferior?

Hola chicos,

Creo que el asunto de la conversación se explica por si solo. La estancia como turista en Brasil tiene que ser inferior a 90
días o puede ser igual a 90 días, contando el día de llegada y de salida?

Los 90 dias se cuentan a partir que estas en territorio brasilero

Tal y como dice Angeles, el tiempo empieza a contar en el momento que aterrizas en Brasil, y pasas por inmigración. Igualmente debes abandonar territorio brasileño antes de que empiece el día 91, o sea, debes abandonar Brasil el día 90. Algunos extranjeros pueden pedir una extensión o prórroga para estancias de turismo, pero en tu caso al ser de nacionalidad española no es posible.

Aprovecho este post para aclarar unas dudas

He estado del 3 al 23 de mayo como turista en Brasil
Volvere del 10 julio al 19 agosto
Pregunta: cada vez que sales y vuelves a entrar empiezan a contar
Los 90 dias ?
O en mi caso 6 meses despues del 3 de mayo puedo volver
El 3 de noviembre hasta el 20 de diciembre ?

Cuando sales y entras de Brasil no vuelven a empezar los 90 días. En tu caso, al ser española, puedes permanencer en Brasil como turista 90 días por semestre, ya sea de manera continuada o en múltiples entradas. El semestre empieza a contar desde la fecha de la primera entrada a BRasil. Si llegaste a Brasil el 3 de mayo, entre esa fecha y el 3 de Noviembre podrás estar en Brasil durante 90 días. A partir del 3 de noviembre comenzará un nuevo semestre para tí, por lo que podrás volver ingresar en Brasil como turista por otros 90 días.
