Hola amigos en esta ocasion los molesto para que me digan que significa"QI 25" en avisos clasificados sobre alquileres y ventas de casas o apartamentos. GRACIAS...

Creo que " quadra y lote" Normalmente se suele referir a casa y en muchos casos,según que ciudad,suelen ser en condominio fechados.

En general definen el espacio que ocupa la casa,en vez de calle y número suelen poner barrio+quadra+lote,al menos así era en muchas partes de Goiania.En SP solo ocurre eso cuando es condominio fechado.

P.D. No te olvides de consultar el valor mensual del condominio y el valor del IPTU (si es parcelado,cantidad de parcelas y valor),datos que generalmente no aparecen cuando encontramos casa y luego vienen la sorpresas.......Y mucho cuidado con la vistoria,que el salir de la casa te puede costar caro,al lorito.

Muchas gracias por la respuesta!!! No puedo darte el enlace porque es de un libro, estoy estudiando português y en uno se los ejercicios tenia que escribir por extenso el anuncio. Lo que si te puedo transcribir el anuncio: bela casa 2 pav., Qi-25 salão, lavabo, suite, copa cozinha. Excelente.
Notese que es Q i y no ql....no se es raro, jajajaj gracias por su ayuda

He estado viendo anuncios y efectivamente ese termino se refiere al tipo/clasificación del lugar en el que se ubica el inmueble. Por ejemplo acabo de ver uno en internet que dice...
