Hola! Muchas gracias por la información que han puesto en este foro, orienta muchísimo. Mi consulta es, tengo una oferta de trabajo para Brasil, en este caso la visa de trabajo se puede extender al dependiente sin estar casados, solo con el proceso de notaria que somos pareja. Muchas gracias

Si, en este caso la empresa me acepta con un documento notariado como concubinas, para que goce de los beneficios. Lo que no sabemos en su legalidad, si yo puedo pedirlo como dependiente

Disculpa pero sigo si entender muy bien la consulta, y me gustaría profundizar para no darte una respuesta equivocada.

Tu compañero va a Brasil con visado de trabajo, hasta ahí todo correcto. Ahora bien ... tu quieres ir como dependiente? o también quieres un visado de trabajo?

Es que no comprendo lo de "la empresa me acepta para que goce de los beneficios".

Hola! Disculpa el retraso. No en este caso la que va con visa de trabajo seria yo. Lo que quería Saber es que en las leyes brasileñas como dependiente también incluye a pareja sin estar casados, como la figura de concubino en Venezuela que tiene los mismos derechos. Ya que en la empresa si aceptan esta figura para que goce de algunos beneficios como el Medical insurance. Gracias

Efectivamente la pareja de hecho puede ser incluida como dependiente en un visado de trabajo para Brasil. Lo ideal es que la inclusión del dependiente sea solicitada en el propio inicio del trámite, es decir en el proceso de autorización de trabajo.
