Hola! Habia comentado en otra sección del foro, que estoy en estado irregular desde Enero, o sea, y sé que debo pagar una multa al salir de Brasil. Mi pregunta es, tengo necesariamente que salir de Brasil para resolver mi estado irregular? Porque yo tengo namorado brasileiro, y queria saber si haciendo el trámite por Uniao estavel puedo obtener la permanencia sin tener que salir de Brasil o estar fuera obligatoriamente sin tener que esperar 180 dias para volver. Es eso posible?

Hola Vitoria!

Para regularizar tu situación como turista, tiene que salir necesariamente de Brasil durante 180 días y pagar la multa por estadía irregular.

No es posible tramitar la união estavel mientras te encuentres en situación irregular en Brasil.

Tienes las siguientes opciones:

1º Pagar la multa, salir de Brasil y esperar 180 días antes de regresar para tramitar la unión estable.

2º Salir los dos de Brasil y tramitar la visa por união estavel en el consulado de Brasil en el exterior. Una vez obtenida la visa ya podrás volver a Brasil sin tener que esperar los 180 días.

Entiendo. Y es necesario que mi pareja que es brasileiro deba salir de Brasil e ir al consulado en Venezuela para tramitar la União estãvel desde allá? Pues en este momento para él no es posible salir, entonces estaba pensando en hacer aqui los documentos que sean necesarios y presentarlos yo misma en el consulado en Venezuela. Sería eso posible?
