Autorización para que otra persona retire el RNE/CIE en mi nombr

Hola
Por lo que leí arriba, puedo dejar a otra persona para que retire mi CIE/RNE.
Donde debo dar esa "autorización" o "procuraduria", acá en Chile, existen los notários, pero desconozco como se hace allá.
Iré a el trámite de la CIE/RNE y la CTPS ESTRANGEIRO, mientras vuelvo a Chile por unos 2 meses a que mi hija termine el año escolar, por lo tanto es importante que deje a alguien a cargo de retirar la documentación

Hola matildaossadia.

En Brasil, las autorizaciones para otorgar poderes a otras personas se suelen hacer en los llamados "Cartorios" que sería lo equivalente a un notario.

Debes preguntar en la Policía Federal si puedes hacer una autorización para que otra persona pueda recoger tu CIE - RNE pero en el caso de que no sea posible no te preocupes demasiado, ya que este documento suele demorar entre 1 y 3 meses (dependiendo de la ciudad) en ser entregado. Por lo tanto puedes realizar el trámite unos días antes de viajar a Chile y recogerlo al regresar a Brasil.

En cuanto a la cartera de trabajo CTPS, en el caso de que te digan que tienes que ir a recogerla personalmente, no inicies el trámite hasta que vuelvas a Brasil, ya que desde que inicias el trámite solo tardan unos días en entregártela (a veces sólo una semana).

Información para todos, pregunté en policía federal y sí, se puede dejar una "autorización" para el retiro de los documentos a terceros, sin problemas.
Así es una buena información ya que tendré que volver a Chile.

Nos acaban de informar varios seguidores de nuestra red, que en ciertas ciudades / estados la Policía no deja recoger la Cédula de identidad de extranjeros CIE-RNE por terceras personas.

¿En que ciudad te informaron que si se puede?
