Para tramitar la carteira de trabalho en Brasil debes tener la residencia o entrar con un visado de trabajo.

La carteira de trabalho sólo se puede tramitar en Brasil, pero para ello debes de tener la residencia o haber entrado con visado ....

Siento decirte que como turista no podrás tramitar la carteira de trabalho. Trabajar como turista está prohibido en Brasil......

Pues para conseguir la residencia por ejemplo tendrías que casarte con Brasileña/o, o hacerte pareja de hecho (uniao estavel)
