Hola soy cubano y tengo una visa temporaria por 2 años para estar aquí en brasil, ya tengo mi CPF y RNE y mi pregunta es que si con esta visa puedo solicitar la cartera de trabajho, porque me dijeron que con la visa temporaria no podía solicitarla

Tenes que hacer el tramite en el ministerio de trabajo de la ciudad donde estes viviendo.La documentacion que tenes es la correcta.Suerte!!!

Hola, Hoy fui a solicitar la cartera de trabalho al ministerio y el funcionario que me atendió me dijo que no me la podían dar porque mi visa es temporaria, la verdad que no entiendo nada porque en la policía federal me dijeron que yo podía trabajar legalmente sin problema.

Agradecería mucho si alguien me pudiera esclarecer bien esto.

Intenta en alguna ciudad vecina a donde vos estes ,porque puede suceder que el funcionario que te atendio no tenga claro como manejarse con este tema.
