Hola, me encuentro en Brasil y estoy en proceso de trámite de visado. En un mes, más o menos me dijeron que tendría que ir a recogerlo. La empresa me pidió que empezase a hacer el CPF, por lo que he leído solo hay que pagar una taxa de R$5,50 e ir a la Receita Federal con el comprobante del pago y el pasaporte, y ya te lo dan al momento. Mi problema es que ahora me encuentro en situación irregular. Por lo que al tener que presentar el pasaporte para obtener dicho CPF igual no es una buena idea, y es mejor esperar a hacerlo una vez tenga el visado de trabajo, que pensáis?. Gracias de antemano.

(Hemos movido tu consulta a la sección de DOCUMENTOS PARA EXTRANJEROS EN BRASIL ---> CPF y la hemos retitulado para facilitar la búsqueda de información por titulares)

Realmente el pasaporte lo tendrás que presentar en la Receita Federal y no a la Policía brasileña por lo que no tendrás problema alguno. Por otro lado el CPF se hace en el día y mientras no tengas la visa de trabajo no te servirá de nada. ¿Necesitas el CPF para algo en particular? ¿O la empresa sólo te ha sugerido hacerlo para ir adelantando?
