¡Hola amigos!

Soy española y mi novio es brasileño, vivimos en Brasil, pero ahora queremos irnos a España.
Actualmente tenemos una "Escritura Declaratório Pública de União Estável" en Brasil (estamos juntos desde 2012 y este documento me permitió obtener mi Visado Permanente aquí), y tenemos la siguiente duda para que mi novio pueda solicitar el Visado de Residencia:

¿Sería más fácil casarnos en un Registro Civil Brasileño o casarnos en España?

Si me casase en Brasil o en España, ¿mi novio tendría que salir como turista en ambos casos? (y tener que cumplir todos los requisitos que esto conlleva), ¿o el Consulado podría emitir alguna autorización para que él solicite la tarjeta de residencia y salir con algún tipo de visado?
Estamos con muchas dudas y perdiendo tiempo sin informaciones que el Consulado no nos especifica.

"Escritura Declaratório Pública de União Estável": no tiene ninguna validez fuera de Brasil.

No es indispensable estar casado en España para obtener una autorización de residencia, con la inscripción en el registro de parejas de hecho de las Comunidades Autónomas es aceptable.

¿Sería más fácil casarnos en un Registro Civil Brasileño o casarnos en España?

Es mejor casarse en Brasil en el cartorio civil y después realizar la inscripción en el Registro Civil Consular (Consulado español en Brasil) Con la partida de matrimonio emitida por el Consulado español es posible obtener la autorización de residencia en España. Tu pareja puede entrar como turista en España y regularizar su situación legal a posteriori en la Extranjería española.
