Estoy movendo los papeles para irme a Barcelona registrar mi matrimonio. Me piden el certificado de matrimonio con validade hasta 6 meses o inferior y es obligatorio la presentacion de la copia literal. Mi pergunta es : la copia literal tambien tiene que tener esta misma validade? Es que vivo en Alicante,me toca el consulado de Barcelona y no me contestan por correo,bien distintos del consulado de Madrid.

lo que te piden es el certificado original de matrimonio en españa que te lo dan en el juzgado en el momento lo de los 6 mese es la validez que tiene a efectos de hacer algun tipo de documentacion

y eso de que te toca el de barcelona no es asi tu puedes elegir cualquier consulado dentro del territorio nacional y mas el de madrid que es el principal asi que si ves que en el de madrid te siente mejor atendida yo no dudaria en seguir por ahi
