Hola a todos!
Mi pareja y yo estamos buscando la forma más rápida y (si fuera posible) que nos evite más viajes entre Brasil y España. Hace unos días, una conocida española nos contó que ella se casó en el consulado de Barcelona y que muchos de los trámites para legalizar el matrimonio en Brasil se hacían el mismo día allí, evitando idas y venidas con documentos y demás...Alguien tiene experiencia en este tema? En este momento estamos viviendo en Rio, pero yo volveré a España en poco tiempo, por lo que si alguien pudiera darnos información podríamos organizar las cosas aprovechando el viaje

Gracias de antemano, este foro es un salvavidas en el mareo burocrático brasileño :P

yo me casé hace 10 años en Brasil, después de casarme en un cartorio tienes que pasar por la policia federal y en 15-21 días tienen tus papeles solucionados y pasas por Brasilia (consulado o embajada española no recuerdo ahora) en 24 horas tienen tus papeles hechos.Con eso podeis viajar los 2 a España y ella pedir la residencia y trabajar legalmente. Pasa por el consulado español para legalizar el casamiento en España.Mucho más rápido que hacerlo en España que puede tardar años
