Hola, soy nuevo en el foro y tenia muchisimas dudas, a ver si me podeis ayudar, os comento mi situacion,soy español voy a casarme con mi chica (brasileña), y queremos irnos a vivir a brasil, queria saber cual es el visado que tengo que pedir y la documentacion que necesitaria, me han comentado que es el visado perm. por Reunião familiar, pero no estoy seguro por que por lo que e leido ese es, como su propio nombre indica, por reunion familiar, yo quiero irme alli a vivir y trabajar,tambien queria saber si es despues de casarnos podemos hacer la documentacion directamente o hay que esperar algo de tiempo. Alguien puede ayudarme? gracias.

Efectivamente Jorge, como vas a casarte en el extranjero tendrás que pedir el VISADO PERMANENTE DE REUNIÓN FAMILIAR:

La opción que vas a tomar de casarte en el extranjero y solicitar este visado permanente (Viper) en el consulado es mucho mejor que casarse directamente en Brasil. Entrando con un Viper en Brasil, podrás hacer toda la documentación que necesesitas para hacer tu vida normal en tan sólo unos días despues de haber ingresado en el país. -thumbup

Te dejo el enlace al subforo que debes seguir ya que este en el que estamos ahora es para los que van a pedir la permanencia directamente en Brasil.

por lo que leo por aqui, hay que solicitar el registro de matrimonio en el consulado, y luego solicitar el viper, o eso creo... tengo un lio enorme... icon_eyes
