Que inconvenientes tendria una empresa de contratar a un español es vez de un brasileño? le supone algun gasto a parte del gasto del visado que supongo que lo pagare? Muchas gracias

Yo he escuchado que la empresa tiene una responsabilidad altísima sobre el extranjero, puesto que la empresa es la responsable de que el extranjero este en Brasil (civil subsidiaria o algo así)... ¿es esto cierto? ¿y donde podría consultarlo?

La verdad es que en todos los documentos que he leído durante estos años (Guías oficiales sobre el visto de trabalho, boletines del MTE, etc) nunca he escuchado nada sobre "altas responsabilidades" "ni responsabilidad civil subsidiaria" de la empresa sobre el extranjero. Acabo de hacer una búsqueda por internet, y tampoco he encontrado nada relevante sobre ese asunto. Voy a preguntar a unos contactos que tenemos y te digo algo al respecto.
