Mi pregunta es la siguiente:

Yo voy a tener visado VITEM V contratado por empresa brasileña filial de la matriz española. Mi mujer e hijos los he metido en el trámite como dependientes. Yo iré inmediatamente pero mi intención es que hasta que no haya solucionado colegios, casa etc no vayan mis hijos y mi mujer. Desde que recojamos en el consulado de España los visados si yo voy sólo hay algún plazo para que mi mujer e hijos vayan, es decir si tardan unos meses en ir hay algún problema?

El plazo para el uso de una visa para Brasil por primera vez varia conforme la nacionalidad del titular, basado en la reciprocidad. Aquí puedes consultar aquí la lista de países con entrada obligatoria en 90 días de la concesión del visado: Debe registrarse para ver este enlace. Gracias por su visita.

Los ciudadanos de nacionalidad española, como es tu caso, no tienen plazo para la primera entrada. Aún así consulta en el consulado brasileño al recoger los visados, por si os dan alguna indicación extra.

Hola buenos días!

Mi situación es similar a la de esta compañera. Tengo unas preguntas.

¿Qué es eso del GRU?

La multa por haber excedido el número de días permitidos donde la pagas? aceptan tarjeta?

y por último, he estado informandome en páginas como europalegal...la novia de un amigo mio, le pago en negro a un abogado y este le falsifico los papeles.

Hay alguna otra forma viable y sencilla de conseguir la residencia o la nacionalidad?

No se si te has confundido de tema, o no he entendido muy bien tu situación. En este tema estamos hablando del plazo para entrar en Brasil desde que se obtiene la visa de trabajo y también de los dependientes del visado.

Tus preguntas creo que son sobre estadía irregular como turista en Brasil... cierto?
