Hola, en el apartado del foro VISADO DE TRABAJO Y TRANSFORMACIÓN A PERMANENTE se indica:

El trabajador deberá presentar

1. Pasaporte
2. Documento de identificación nacional
3. Titulaciones, diplomas, certificados de estudios, etc
4. Antecedentes penales
5. Carta del antiguo empleador en la que figure que el trabajador tiene una experiencia profesional de al menos 3 años.

Todos estos documentos deben de ser legalizados y traducidos por vías diplomáticas en su país de origen.

Yo traje los certificados de estudios de España a Brasil, y entendía que debían ser traducidos por un traductor juramentado al portugués en Brasil, pero al leer que los documentos deben ser traducidas en el pais de origen, es decir, en España??

No. Deben de ser legalizados en el país de origen en el Ministerio de educación, en el Ministerio de asuntos exteriores y en el Consulado do Brasil pero pueden ser traducidos en Brasil por traductor juramentado en el caso de que sea necesario.

¿Has legalizado tus certificados/diplomas entes de traerlos a Brasil?

No, traje los certificados de estudios originales.... pero no pasaron por todo eses organismos para legalizarlos... a ver como hago ahora, en fin.

Tendrás que utilizar una empresa de legalizaciones en España para que te los legalice y envíe a Brasil o bien un familiar que lo haga en tu nombre. Si los documentos no están legalizados no te los aceptarán.
