Asunto:	Cambio de Visa de estudiante a residencia permanente
Buenas a todos, tengo una duda sobre el tema de las visas. Estoy viviendo en Brasil con visa de estudiante, estoy cursando un curso de lengua portuguesa en la universidad. El curso termina en Diciembre pero quiero empezar una graduación (de 4 años en principio) en la misma universidad en Febrero, por lo que quiero renovar la visa de estudiante (los tramites para renovar la visa están claros) Ya que me gustaría tener algún ingreso durante ese tiempo que esté estudiando la graduación, mi pregunta es, ¿Una vez que renueve la visa de estudiante existe alguna posibilidad de obtener en un futuro la residencia permanente?. Y, en caso que la respuesta sea afirmativa, ¿Tengo la posibilidad de trabajar con esa residencia permanente? Gracias por la ayuda de antemano, Un saludo

La visa de estudiante no otorga la residencia permanente. Para obtener esa residencia permanente deberías estar en uno de los siguientes casos: 1º Casarte con brasileña/o o con extranjero que tenga residencia permanente. 2ª Realizar uniáo estavel con brasileña/o o con extranjero que tenga residencia permanente. 3ª Tener un hijo Brasileño/a 4ª Conseguir un visado de inversor para abrir una empresa 5ª Conseguir un visado de trabajo por 2 años y renovarlo el cual podría ser transformado en permanente. Mientras tanto, con el visado de estudiante en Brasil debes saber que no te está permitido trabajar.
