Nos acaban de informar desde España que es muy difícil que le concedan un visado sólo por ser pareja de hecho en Brasil. Podéis intentar ir a España y apuntarse en el registro civil como de pareja de hecho y después acudir a Extranjería para tramitar el permiso de residencia.

Las asuntos de extranjería en España se han endurecido mucho. Antes se obtenía fácilmente la re-agrupación familiar sólo con el matrimonio, pero ahora parece ser que también pueden solicitar comprobantes de ingresos y medios de vida.

El que concede la residencia en España es la Policía Nacional (o sea, extranjería) y no los consulados.
