Buenas tardes gente del foro!!

No sé si estoy escribiendo donde corresponde... El caso es que escribo para conocer la experiencia de personas que estén viviendo en Brasil y que se hayan presentado a concursos públicos. Tengo entendido que si no eres brasileño o estás naturalizado, no te puedes presentar a concurso. Aunque he visto en algunos editales que los extranjeros con visto permanente pueden presentarse. Alguien se ha presentado a alguno? Me podría contar su experiencia? fue difícil? le contrataron finalmente? Yo soy trabajadora social y Mediadora y Orientadora Familiar, voy a revalidar mi título y me interesaba saber qué posibilidades reales tenemos los extranjeros. Voy a vivir en Natal.
