Hola a todos, Ante situaciones de reclamación por compras, compañías de tfn, notas fiscales erradas, gestión en bancos y algunos casos inmobiliaria existe el Procon Debe registrarse para ver este enlace. Gracias por su visita. . Yo he tenido que recurrir a sus servicios en dos ocasiones, el resultado ha sido de buen atendimiento, de respuestas no demasiado demoradas con total información y opción de recurso por el mismo medio en caso de no conformidad. Para efectuar la reclamación se necesita, RG o RNE, CPF, comprobante de residencia y toda la documentación referida al caso que se posea. En la oficina que he solicitado la asistencia, dicha documentación ha sido escaneada y adjuntada al documento donde informo de mi reclamación . De todo ello he salido con copia y con un número de protocolo con el que puedo hacer consultas a través de su web, eso no siempre funciona. La respuesta de la intermediación que hacen entre reclamante y reclamado es agíl y transparente sea cuál sea el resultado. En el caso que el Procon no pueda hacerse cargo de la reclamación ellos informan de donde se tiene que ir para procurar comenzar el proceso. Para otro tipos de reclamaciones como INSS, trabajo, hospitalar hay otras opciones como es la Defensoria Pública Debe registrarse para ver este enlace. Gracias por su visita. .
