Tu pregunta es demasiado genérica y difícil de responder porque Brasil es enorme y hay bastante diferencia entre las distintas regiones. Hola gavilan, soy venezolana en Rio, Venezuela no cuenta con acuerdo Mercosur así que puedes venirte a estudiar (la visa de estudios no permite trabajar) y a trabajar (la visa de trabajo se tramita desde tu país de origen, es decir no puedes venir aqui y al conseguir trabajo la tramitasdesde acá en Brasil, debe ser desde venezuela)
Te recomiendo revises bien la sección de visado del blog si lo que quieres es emigrar, es bien completa. saludos!
