buenas noches soy de venezuela pienso viajar a tocantins mis hijos han estudiado en varias escuelas lo cual es imposible conseguir sus certificaciones de paorbacion dee cada año habra problemas para que estudien en brasil ya que uno va para primer año y otro tercer año

Buenos días, he vuelto.
Hace tiempo comentaba lo de la pensión de viudedad de mí madre.
Antes con una fé de vida, como pasa en todos los países europeos, valía para Brasil.
Ahora, como me acaba de comentar la persona que me atendió en el INSS español, de La Estrada en la provincia de Pontevedra, "los países especiales" piden el certificado de vida pasado por notario, para reconocer la firma con APOSTILLA DE LA HAYA, rematado en Madrid para dar el visto y sellado en el consulado.
Mucha gente no se hará los trámites, según me comentó ella, por lo que no cobrarán.
Otros como yo, no llevaré a mí madre inválida a gusto del nuevo presidente brasileño, a Madrid.
El INSS de España se lava las manos, no sabe, no contesta, somos números, no ciudadanos.
Incluso, al no tener más que una pensión, puedes pedir que te la suban del 52% al 60% de lo que cobraba el esposo (lease que si muere el marido la mujer cobra el 52% de lo que cobraba el esposo, si muere la mujer el hombre cobra el 100%), repito, si no superas el 75% del IPREM puedes pedir que te suban la pensión del 52% al 60%.
Pero com la pensión de Brasil la perdiste tú, porque no hiciste los trámites, no te dió la gana, pues no tienes derechos a la suba de ese 8%.
Asi nos manejamos aquí en "territorio africano".
Por eso os confirmo que la APOSTILLA DE LA HAY sigue en vigor.
Cualquier comentario, se agradece.
No sé cómo poner la carta aquí a la vista a la disposición de quién quiera leerla, si me indican cóm hacerla o el administrador me manda su whatsapp, le envio con mucho gusto.
